What questions do you ask when vetting an agent to send a referral?

If it is for a Listing, check out their website/check them out online to see how they market their homes... Whether a buyer or seller, ask:
- How long have you been in the Business?...
- How many Homes have you sold in the last 12 months?...
- Are you full time?...
- What is your Client follow up process to keep them updated and ensure they have a great experience?....
Usually with just those few questions you can get everything you need from the phone call. Always do this via phone, never email so you can hear their energy, if they are positive or negative, and get a feel for if you think they will be a fit for your Clients not just on a professional level but also a personality level...
