When incorporating a Special Stipulation into an Agreement, it is important that you do not create the wording yourself whenever possible. Thankfully, there is a form you can use to copy the correct wording into your document. TAR RF707 – Contract Language for Special Stipulations provides the proper wording to use in just about any contingency you will need. *The TAR RF707 is for reference only. It is not used as an addendum. Rather, you should copy the pertinent wording and enter it into the appropriate place in your document (usually, Special Stipulations and/or a Counter Offer form).
