Who establishes the Binding Agreement Date on a Purchase & Sale Agreement?

Typically, the Binding Agreement Date is input by the agent who is receiving


notice of acceptance. So, if a Buyer’s Agent submits an offer, which is Accepted by the Seller as written, the Listing Agent will send the Agreement back to the Buyer’s Agent, showing the Agreement as “Accepts”. The Buyer’s Agent, as the recipient of said notice, shall then input the Binding Agreement Date information and send back to the Listing Agent
