I have a listing with a scary dog next door that won't stop barking at the prospective buyers

Crazy stuff like this does happen!
We have had a listing where the dog next door would NOT stop barking and
barked at literally everything, but the second this was turned on it barked a few
times and then stopped and was silent!
The only negative is the battery would run out pretty quickly, but if you can put in
new batteries and make sure it is on for any showings it really works!
