#1: Every time we need to reach out to your “Client” for a missed document, initial, signature, etc.. you slowly lose their trust/confidence in our abilities.

#2: The “Support Staff” is not able to fully support you without the necessary documentation.

#3: Our Brokers & state associations have required documents in place with required signatures/initials to ensure you are looking out for your Clients best interest as well as your own personal liability.
